Wii is good excercise
Wii to me is a great way to excercise. It is the best on a rainey or cold day just to sit inside and play. I have even broken a sweat many times playing different games. I think that boxing is one of the most physically demanding games there is on Wii. You are constintly moving your arms.

I agree, the wii is way to much fun to be just a workout. But it does get your heart pumping and your body sweating, Especially on the boxing. I really enjoy the bowling since i cant really bowl anymore due to a finger problem.
